Every type of Intros club (all three flows) offer similar customization options in the community checklist.
The four parts of the community checklist are:
1. Matching form and Member Profile
2. Welcome Email
3. Introduction Made
4. Feedback on Introduction
Each flow has different “opt-in” customization options, which you can find on the respective Flows tab.

Feedback note: Members have three separate ways to fill out feedback:
- Directly after connecting with their match on the Intros video link (the feedback form will automatically pop up)
- In the “unreviewed matches” section of their member profile
- If members don’t fill out the feedback form after their Intros video chat or through their member profile, then they will receive the feedback form email 2 weeks after their match occurs.
