Enter the email associated with your Intros AI account & request a magic link

Select the “sign-in with Intros” email and sign in

That’s it - You’re in!

When you sign in, you’ll be directed to your member profile. This is where you can add or edit your basic information, such as job title, company, education, and current location.

You can navigate back to your member profile at any time by clicking the profile link in the bottom left corner.

Member Profile Sections

You’ll see you have multiple options on the left-hand side navigation bar.

Members:

This is your Member Directory. Hosting a directory is an optional add-ons for Intros Clubs, so you may not see this section depending on your Club’s setup.
The Member tab is covered in greater detail in the Member Directory page.

Upcoming:

The ‘upcoming’ tab is visible to “ad-hoc” matching groups and “back-to-back” matching groups. If your club is an auto-matching club, this section will not appear.
The upcoming tab is where members can opt-in to upcoming matching events, or cancel their opt-in if their availability has changed

Preferences:

The ‘preferences’ tab is where members can update the answers to their matching questions set by the admin. This tab will appear for all groups.
Important: Make sure to save your changes before leaving the page!

Requests:

The ‘requests’ tab is where members can see pending, sent, and approved Intro requests from the member directory.
Hosting a directory is an optional add-ons for Intros Clubs, so you may not see this section depending on your Club’s setup.

Activity:

The ‘activity’ tab is where you can see your past matches. This tab is separated by Unreviewed and Reviewed matches.
You can complete your match review at any time under this tab

Leaving your Intros cub

We offer members the ability to pause their participation in their Intros club at any point by selecting “Leave group” on their member profile.

Members can rejoin the club at any time by logging back into their profile (using the same member email) and selecting “Rejoin group”.
